It is not the happiness involved in seeing our schools get mutilated and burnt down and flooded or whatever by gigantic monsters or whatnot, but the fact that our schools are prominent enough to be featured here, and what others think best represents our schools.
Is it me or does a school identity matter more in JCs than in Sec Schools?
Perhaps we love seeing our schools getting burned down/attacked by weird creatures of the unknown/both because the sense of anti-establishment is just too pleasurable, heh. :)
I think most identities from jcs result from secondary schools.
Stereotype *EXAMPLES:
HCI = cheenified
from tch and ny.
RJC = well you know the story, smart ass.
ACJC = ho hum just slacking and playing.
And the other jcs are just mostly a mix from various secondary schools that's WHY en and hou don't do stereotypes on JCS because they result from sec schs and sec schs have more stereotypes to pick on!
So don't keep on pushing en and hou to produce comic strips on jcs!
But at least there's one now...

I don't think that all JCs got their identity from secondary schools. Many JCs kind of fostered their own form of unique culture. It should not be too difficult to ask friends/ex-students around. It would great if you can include polys, ITEs, Sports schools and international schools too?

there is a problem abt the international schools, cos well, i dont think many people go to international schools.i think people wld rather laff their heads off at the expense of secondary schools.
